Shipping policy

At GlowlyStore, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order. All orders are processed within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Europe: 12–21 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 12–21 business days

Rest of the World: 14–24 business days

While most packages arrive within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs checks, holidays, or peak shopping seasons. If your order does not arrive within thirty business days, you are fully covered by our delivery guarantee, and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
